As of 2019, Wikimedia Community Malta are looking to engage more with the Women in Red (WiR) project, whose aim is to turn "redlinks" into blue ones within the scope of women's biographies, works by women, and women's issues on Wikipedia.
WCM has been involved in one of WiR's edit-a-thons, Art+Feminism, in both 2018 and 2019. Ideas for contributing to other WiR projects being drafted on the Women in Red/Ideas page will be discussed soon, whereupon more information will be forthcoming on this page.
