Bil-Malti
During Meeting 001 it was agreed that this page should also be made available in Maltese. I've now made a first stab at a version of the initial text on the main page, along with an attempt to create a language preference explanation. Please feel free to comment here and/or edit the text freely to create a better Main Page.
