  • Toni to review WiR follow-up arrangement with National Book Council for 2026.
  • Enrique to explore meetup options for 2026.
  • Education program event at University of Malta – Valletta Campus on Thursday 26 March 2026.
  • WCM Board members are invited to an informal gathering with CEE Hub SC and staff members on Friday 27 March 2026.

Outcomes

  • Toni to follow-up with National Book Council on renewing WiR arrangement for 2026.
  • Enrique will be organizing online meetings for editors during the summer, starting with participants in photo editing workshops with Wojciech Pędzich.
  • Enrique Tabone and User:Trigcly are the nominated delegates from WCM for the CEE Meeting 2026.
  • Toni Sant is being nominated for the election of an Affiliate position on the CEE Hub Steering Committee by Wikimedia Community User Group Malta, which is an affiliate in good standing.
  • User:EnriqueTabone is assigned by WCM to vote on behalf of the User Group in the Affiliates voting for the relevant CEE Hub Steering Committee seats, following final consultation with our BoT members.
  • Neville to check with CFR regarding online filing of tax returns.
  • Neville to coordinate additional documents requested by OCVO.
